Rippon Lea House

This solid brick Edwardian dwelling had previously been renovated in the 1980's to provide a kitchen and rear informal living area which was too small for comfortable use. The project brief was simple. The new works were to create an enlarged living and dining area, to open onto the rear garden. The space was to allow for an easy flow between the interior and exterior.
