Port Melbourne House (1)

This original single storey attached weatherboard workers cottage was small, pokey and desperately in need of a major renovation to provide facilities in keeping with modern living. With strict planning controls applying, the floor and ceiling levels were manipulated to enable a three level house to be built within the height limitations imposed. A roof terrace opening off the top storey master bedroom provides additional outdoor living space with city and ocean views
