Through the sound use of appropriate building orientation, harnessing passive solar energy and natural ventilation, zoning of room uses within the overall plan, and other design elements our completed dwellings are able to offer energy efficient and comfortable thermal and acoustic environments without compromising the overall project brief or imposing substantial infrastructure expenditure.
