Heritage Overlay Projects
Clifton Hill House (2)

Starting life as a double storey addition to the rear of a simple late Edwardian bungalow located on a small allotment in the middle of an Heritage overlay area, the project became a complete demolition when significant structural problems were identified once construction commenced. A new Planning Permit was obtained and a new family sized dwelling, with two living spaces, four bedrooms and a study, was constructed. The large upper storey section to the rear of the dwelling is hidden from the street.

Project completed as Wyatt Hamer Architects
