Clifton Hill House (1)

This double storey Victorian terrace house had been through a number of previous renovations. The new owners found the rear living space too small for their lifestyle and with an inadequate physical and visual connection to the rear garden. The project brief was to enlarge the living area without compromising the much prized rear garden. Off street parking was to be incorporated into a paved outdoor living area.
